Stands and places
Your arena has 4 stands: one at each end and one along each side. A stand has a mix of standing places, seats, premium seats and boxes; boxes only fit along the sides.
Three crowds fill them. Core fans stand, come whatever happens and make the noise. Regular fans take the seats and come more when the team wins and the opponent is attractive. Corporate guests take the premium seats and boxes, pay the most per place and follow success.
Building
You can rebuild a stand to a new mix of places. The builder shows the price, how long the stand stays closed and how many home games it misses, and what an average game would bring in before and after. The whole stand closes while it is built, and the work is paid at once. Rebuilding with the same mix renovates the stand as new.
Condition
Stands wear a little every season. A worn stand keeps some regulars and corporate guests away, so renovate before it gets poor.
Facilities
Food and drink, the shop and the lounges each have a level from 0 to 5. A higher level earns more on game days or every week, and costs more to run. Building the next level takes some days, and nothing closes meanwhile. The arena page shows each level's price and how long it takes to pay itself back.
Atmosphere
A full arena with a big end of standing fans makes more noise than a half-empty one with quiet boxes, and big games are louder than ordinary ones. The atmosphere gives your team a small edge at home. Ticket income and atmosphere don't always pull the same way: choose the arena that fits your club.
Your arena's look
Name your arena and choose its look, from the roof to the scoreboard. It is free and doesn't change any places.
Questions and answers
Yes, but the stand is closed while it is built, so you lose its ticket income for those home games.
Only if you can fill it. Empty places earn nothing and still have to be kept up; a smaller, full arena often earns more and sounds better.
